Short, plain-language terms. The binding contract for enterprise customers is the Master Services Agreement executed alongside a Business Associate Agreement.
Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the Sarthi platform you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable service order or Business Associate Agreement between your organization and Sarthi LLC.
What the service does
Sarthi is the operating layer for medical practices. The platform supports intake, scheduling, ambient documentation, coding, claim preparation, and follow-up workflows. Specific features enabled for a practice are set out in its service order.
User responsibilities
Authorized users are responsible for credential security, for operating the service in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, and for ensuring that clinicians retain final authority over clinical decisions. Sarthi output supports humans; it does not replace them.
Limitation of liability
Sarthi LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Enterprise-specific liability caps are governed by the Master Services Agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County.
