Appendix C · AccessibilityWCAG 2.1 AA

Built for every clinician and every patient.

Healthcare software should work for the whole profession. We treat accessibility as a design constraint, not a feature flag.

§ 01

Our commitment

Sarthi is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continuously improve the experience for every user and apply the relevant accessibility standards across clinician and administrator surfaces.

§ 02

Conformance

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. New features ship with accessibility checks in the same pull request as functional tests. Audits by independent evaluators run annually.

§ 03

Design practices

Semantic HTML, keyboard-first navigation, visible focus states, high-contrast typography, and support for assistive technology are defaults in our design system — not retrofits.

§ 04

Feedback & exceptions

If a surface falls short, tell us. Write accessibility@sarthi.io with the page, the assistive technology involved, and a short description. We aim to respond within two business days and remediate reported issues as a priority.
