We don't run a perpetual funnel. Every role we open has a named problem attached — a workflow we can't ship without the right person. The process is three conversations, one working session, and a decision inside ten days.
Compensation is competitive cash plus meaningful equity. We sponsor visas for senior hires where the work warrants it.
